Hello friends I’ve installed Kurzweil 1000 version 13. Few months’ back it was working fine in windows 7, but 1 fine day when I’as converting the pdf file in to KES format, the file didn’t got converted. The message read that “default time unavailable”. After changing my OS to windows 8.1, the Kurzweil 1000 version 13 was working fine in the beginning, but yesterday again the above mentioned problem came. The message on the screen says that “default time unavailable”. Kindly do help me out in this.
