Dear colleagues, It gives us immense pleasure to inform you that your organization Recording club is going to conduct the event named RC Utsav 2023 on the occasion of its seventh foundation day from 20th, May, 2023 to 23rd May, 2023. Through this event, we planned to conduct various national level competitions for blind students and Computer-cum-mobile training programs. the total duration of this program will be of 77 hours. Detail information about this program is given below:
1. this program will be held at Ajmer, Rajasthan. 2. the last date to register in this program is 31st March, 2023. Any blind student or working blind person can participate in this program. 3. we will be organizing 7 different kinds of educational competitions which will be organized in two different groups i.e. Junior and Senior. Only blind students are eligible to take part in these competitions. For working blind persons and whose age is more than 30 years, there will be separate training program related to mobile and computer. They can participate in either of these training programs i.e. computer or mobile. 4. students whose age is between 15 to 22 will be considered for Junior group and students whose age is between 23 to 30 years will be considered for senior group. i.e. the student who is borne between 1st January, 2001 to 31st December, 2008 will be considered for the Junior group. Students who is borne between 1st January, 1993 to 31st December, 2000 will be considered for the senior group. 5. those who belong to junior group, they can participate in the following competitions: Light Vocal music, Hindi and English Braille reading and writing competition, dance and extemporaneous speech. Those who belong to senior group, there will be competitions i.e. Light Vocal Music, Hindi and English Braille reading and writing competition, dance, extemporaneous speech and chess etc. 7. candidates who wish to participate in the Braille writing competition, have to bring Braille slate along with them by their own. 8. dance competition will be conducted in the inclusive environment i.e. this competition will be conducted along with other sighted candidates. 9. candidate can only take part in only one competition amongst all the different competitions as mentioned above. 10. there are three categories to participate in this program. In first category, those who are eligible to participate in the competition have to pay rs.177 towards the registration fees. In second category, if you opt to pay rs.477 then you will receive few additional benefits like you will be allowed to take part in the competition. In addition, you will receive complementary subscription of our android app Recording Club for the period of 477 days, while, currently, the annual cost of our app is rs.499. in third category, if you are working person or do not fit in any groups i.e. either junior or senior, hence, if you are not eligible to take part in the competitions, we have organized special computer/ mobile training program which will be emphasized on their working demands and requirements. To take part in this training program, candidate have to pay rs.777. this contains the complementary subscription of our app for 77 days. In all of these fees, includes the cost towards accommodation a and food facility during the program. 11. to take part in this program, candidates have to register themselves by clicking the following link https://surveyheart.com/form/640489bf2350a126ca805261 12. candidates who wish to bring the escort have to pay rs.777 each escort separately. 13. to conduct any competition, we must receive minimum 7 entries for the particular competition. If we do not get the minimum entries for any competition, the said competition will be cancelled and in that situation, candidate will be given the option to participate in other competition as per their choice. 14. the prices for each competition will be as follows: candidate securing first position will be awarded cash price of rs.1600, candidate securing the second price will be awarded cash price of rs.1150 and for third position cash price of rs.700 will be given. 15. registration fees once paid can not be refunded in any circumstances.
