You are right.The eligibility criteria for admission to Diploma in Sign
Language course does not say that a person has to be hearing impaired. In
fact it says that "hearing" has to be in the "normal range".
But what we have pointed
I wish you had read the eligibility for admission to diploma in sign
language course. It's available on RCI website. It doesn't say only
hearing impaired are eligible. In fact the objective of this course is to
prepare sign language interpreters.
