Dear Friends,

During these pandemic times, we have become more acutely aware that after a person's death, there can arise disputes regarding the division of his wealth.

We work hard all our lives to create wealth. We can decide who should inherit our wealth after our death by preparing a will. But how is this will to be prepared? What precautions should be taken when preparing it? Should the will be registered? These & many other questions are common to all of us.

In case of certain terminal illnesses, we can prepare a "Living Will" to guide doctors to provide or not to provide treatment as per our wishes. But how is this "Living will" to be prepared?

Snehankit Helpline is organising an online programme on these topics. Shri Amar Jain, a practicing advocate of the Delhi High Court, will guide us on these & related topics.

Date: Sunday, 14/11/2021

Time: 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

All are cordially invited to attend & benefit from the programme.

This programme will be streamed live on Youtube. Questions should be asked in the Comments section on Youtube.
