Dear All, Splendid reply by the participants to our earlier Standard G-mail workshops, St. Xavier’s College, XRCVC -Viviana extension is happy to announce an online workshop on the theme “Using Standard G-mail with Windows Screen Reader Part-3” under its Tech Roshni series – A step at bridging the digital divide for blind and low vision persons. This Workshop is supported by the *Dhun Pestonji Parakh Discretionary Trust*.
In earlier G-mail Parts we studied the few features of standard view with NVDA & JAWS. Microsoft Narrator, generally called Narrator, is a free screen reader utility incorporated with every copy of Microsoft Windows. Currently in Windows 10 narrator has come a long way both in terms of its functionality, ease of access, and integration with various applications. In upcoming workshop, we will study Narrator’s this enhanced feature with hands-on experience. Eligibility: participants should have a good knowledge of Internet browsing, typing and screen reader. Limited seats are available for the session.
