Hello friends. Surprise!. My Skype has started behaving itself after a
week of nonsense!. All my facebook contacts are shown with their
correct online status!. Don't know how long its going to last, but for
now, its back up and running.

I think business deal is in shambles , hence users are in deep trouble.

Skype has been facing the issue for almost the last one week at my
end. I installed instantbird to try and find an alternative. But it
had the same issue at the beginning, but no misunderstanding
instantbird is now working fine with my facebook contacts, and its
running right now on my computer. I
i use the portable version of Instantbird didn't face any
connectivity issues even while others say they did. It's been working
for me flawlessly. Looks like i am lucky! However, in between, it was
a bit flaky disconnected reconnected facebook frequently but no
permanent challenges as listed by
