hai dear friends!!!! as the above subject says, bsnl is not providing
our blind concession when I try to reactivate my telephone connection
after several years.
they are telling, blind custamers presently don't have any concession,
if u prove that we will allow the same.
I enquire with some of my frends, they told me they are already enjoying
the same facility presently too.
so, dear experts and friends, please tell me arjently, what I can do for
this regards.
