You cannot do this without sighted assistance. You can select areas of the
page to scan. Once that is done, the OCR process function should work as
expected. This is the cleanest solution.

Its not possible to take only English column. Just scan, while
recognizing it will try to recognize hindi text considering it to be
part of English, resultantly it will give u lods of errors. delete
them manually.
