It appears to be the problem of display language. Somehow you got signed
out of your Google account and Google must have defaulted to one of
the Indian languages. try using ESpeak and see if that is the case. You
will have to sign back in and all should be back on track.

Had it been on only one's end it would have been likely a one-time system
issue, and probably good after a refresh or a restart.

i have just tried with JAWS 2020, and see the same problem. i am
presuming this has to do with some update of eitherr Chrome, or Google
Meet.
