Hello All, greetings of the day. i'm facing difficulty regarding the above mentioned. recently i've got my telephone shifted and number changed. earlier i could view my usage and change password at www.10.240.43.216, but the new user ID is not registered there and there is no link available to register. i've also tried to talk to the customer care executive but could not succeed till date. so now the ball is in your court. please suggest the remedy.
