hi, I use word 2010 so the options might be different for word 2007 but you can certainly try it. if you are using word 2007 or 2010, ribbons are present instead of menus. in case you are comfortable with the traditional menu/sub-menus, use jaws key and v to open the Jaws setting dialogue box,

Hai, thank you very much. Could you also please explain inserting page numbers? I want the page number to be inserted at the top right side of the page. Many options are available in the list box. Also please tell me how to verify whether these numbers are inserted at the desired place. Thanks.

Dear all, I have a word document of around 150 pages and I need to get a print out of this document. Do I need to insert page numbers manually or is there any other way. If there is any other way around, please give me step wise directions. I am using office 2007 on windows 7. -- WITH REGARDS
