According to the notification, the qualification should be from a
recognised university. Since IGNOU is a recognised university, I
think, the application can be submitted. Correct me if I am wrong.

Dear Pratik, ignou degree is at par with any other university degree.
people have cleared civil services on the basis of ignou degree.
therefore the question of its nonrecognition in PO exams does not
arise.
