those who are facing problem with NVDA 2021.3.5.1 can try NVDA 2022.1
beta version It is working fine for me in window 11 machine. I have
tried this. at least you will not face any issue with google products.

Which version of NVDA are you working with? I've just installed the latest
stable version which is 2021.3.5, same as Aishwarya's link, and I'm able to
work with Sheets and Gold wave. I believe the subsequent versions will have
add-on compatibility issues for which only beta versions are out

Have you tried ChromeVox another screen reader made by Google. It
should work. You will have to install ChromVox addon This addon works
with google chrome only. I had tried some time back. Install ChromeVox
then go to google chrome addons setting and enable it from there when
