As the message clearly says you should upload a clear scan copy of your
Aadhar card. All the documents that you are going to upload in application
form like photograph, signature, aadhar, disability certificate should be
scanned clearly so it will b clearly visivle and readable to the authority.
Dear Friends,
Is there any way for resubmission or directly sending Aadhar card to
the specific department.
Or, I need to re apply it from scratch.

government's guidelines aadhaar card is not mandatory for availing
various services but same
