Hi,
TRAI guidelines are applicable for telemarketing sms/calls only.
If you send sms , say to your friend, who has full DND activation, it does
not amount to violation of TRAI guidelines.
It seems you are sending bulk sms for tele marketing purposes and some of
your messages are reaching the DND activated numbers.
If this is the case, the mobile company is fully justified in barring your
services.
