Do the following: 1. Navigate to Programs\JAWS 13\Explore JAWS\Explore My Settings and open it. 2. Delete all files and folders in that directory. Note: all your JAWS personal settings will be deleted.
If above did not resolve your issue, then I will recommend to repair the JAWS.
