Karna Vidya is conducting Government certificate course on job ability training joined with National Career Service Centre for the Differently-abled and Kalasalingam Academic Research for Education. As of now Karna Vidya has trained 200 students in employability skills, out of which 80 people got placed in private sector such as Amazon, TCS, CTS, Scope E-knowledge, Code Manthra and Bsage Communication.
