Hi friends! I am Reading / hearing sinse previous year that Indian government will be issue Braille voter ID cards to the blind voters. Is this true? I read this news in Braille magazines and newspapers also. If this is true that blind voater will get Braille voter ID cards then how can we get voter ID card in braille / how can a blind voater apply for Braille voter ID card?
