Warren discusses some of the most recommended apps in this area to assist with the taking of medication - Medi safe Pill Reminder and Medication Tracker, Mango Health and My Therapy. For those less confident in using apps for this purpose, Warren also tells us about physical devices which exist for this purpose - Tab Time Vibrating Pill Box and Med Minder. Ana demonstrates a mood tracking app my diary by Krida Creations and a yoga app, Pocket Yoga, and explains how you can use the Google Assistant to remind you to take our pills. Austin gives us a detailed demo of Google Fit: Activity Tracking, including showing how to measure your heart rate and respiratory rate using your phones camera. Some of the features demoed in the app may not work on non-pixel devices. For the diabetics among us, Ed demonstrates the Freestyle Libre app, which can be used to take blood sugar readings in conjunction with the Freestyle Libre Continuous Glucose Monitoring System from Abbott Diabetes Care Inc without the need for finger pricks.
