but at last i found a solution for that.
for that solution you must have windows 8 professional as windows has
many other versions.
there is a way to change some windows local group policy's settings to
start JAWS automatically.

As the subject says, neither jaws nor NVDA is reading pdf files on my
friend's system. Jaws just says blank blank when the pdf files are
opened. But the sighted persons are able to read. What could be the
problem.
Using jaws 15 32 bit on windows xp.
