[AI] CLABIL Audio Library Online - Response to messages

Dear All

Thanks so much for the feedback.

Some of you have indicated that you were not able to download.
I will quickly explain how the library works. All content is uploaded as
"Public" and we use Google Drive to save our content.

Once you have selected the language > Book > File, an information box will
appear on the right of the screen. The information box should be read by
your Screen reader and is also highlighted in light green color. In this
information box we tell you a little more about the file. Then there is a
small green arrow icon and the label : Click to Download.  You click on
that and it takes you to Google Drive. You can then download the file, or
even listen to it online.

Sometimes, google automatically changes the file sharing settings to
private. In that case, we get a request to share and we change privacy
settings immediately. We are working to resolve that issue.

We have also got multiple requests today for content, and we have just
approved all of them. I am assuming that at least some of our users were
able to access and download the files they needed.

If you still find any difficulty at all, please email us at
eshabrai...@gmail.com.

One more important thing - our files have absolutely no Digital Rights
management. So all files can be shared freely with anyone in the VI
community once you have downloaded them.

Once more, the url of the library is at www.braillecards.org/audio.php and
we are still open for content. Anyone wanting anything recorded in English
and Hindi please email us.

hello,
once you decide your choice of book to be downloaded, you have to
press enter on the title of that book as they are clickable links. if
you are using jaws, JAWS only indicates the presence of the OnClick
attribute for HTML elements that are not usually clickable. Press
ENTER on the clickable element to perform an action or follow a link.
doing so, the list of the files present inside that book will open
below this link. so press enter on these files which are normal links
and press  tab to download the file.

hello,
amazon even charges the delivery cost beyond 500. so when you are on
the product listing page, make sure to enter the your  pin code and
then there would be option to calculate your estimate  delivery cost.
so it would be better to check carefully the product listing page
before placing the order.

also if you order any item that are sold  directly by  amazon, then in
 most of the chances, you will get the exact and complete information
without any hidden cost while on the other hand, there is one category
called fulfilled in  which items  have been sold through third party
sellers.

recently, when i ordered laptop battery, there was list price
mentioned as rs.2999/- and when i attempted to order after weeks time
when i red this product listing, it went up  to rs.3149/- without any
delivery cost. even when i was on the final page of placing the order,
no delivery cost had been mentioned but when i chosen the internet
payment mode, once i had been redirected to final payment page of my
bank, i revealed the information that extra rs90/- had been added
towards the delivery cost.

so you can get to know about this delivery cost when you are at the
final stage of making payment. so even here you can either make the
transaction or reject the same as per your needs.

regarding the amazon post sales services, you can fully trust as you
have the option to return or cancel the order.

is beyond my understanding. I am not  able to use any menues in MS Word

Sure... whenever I tab on to some edit box, I cannot review whatever
I've written. usual reading commands - simple arrows or arrows with
any other key combination - is not making NVDA speak anything. I
cannot delete typing error, pressing backspace is not making NVDA
speak which letters have been deleted or whether deleted at all.
in case of writing URLs also same thing is happening.
when I tab on to the message body, say, the focus mode is not getting
on, sometimes it is behaving erratic. pressing enter there, instead of
making the focus mode on, is sending the blank message to the sender
if the recipient address is already written.
