Hello all

Thanks for your valuable suggestion.
In response to Harshit's mail, the doc file in hindi is completely
readable. Also Vikas is right, KIBODesk  dont convert the file in pdf
but with the help of KIBO Desk  I was able to open the doc file in
UNICODE-8. But again after converting it into pdf the problem remained
unsolved.

I tried all the different solutions provided by all but nothing worked.

the same concession in Sub-Register Office of Shimoga but there I came to know 
that there is no such concession in Karnataka, I even gave them example of 
Utter Pradesh and Delhi but in shimoga they refused.
