Hi Turab,
Shift+H is used for going to the previous heading. For next heading
you should use H only. I would recommend you to read the jaws
keystrokes help file in conjunction with jaws help for internet
explorer. It should solve your purpose.

I have difficulty in navigating through threads of mails . Someone had
suggested me to go by headings by pressing SHIFT + H. But that is not
possible in all threads. Moreover if I click on show quoted text JAWS
sometimes becomes silent. Would appreciate if I could get the step
