BSNL facility









KOZHIKODE: The BSNL has introduced an optional facility for its mobile
subscribers to avoid unsolicited telemarketing calls /messages.
The facility is being installed in view of the huge number of unsolicited
telemarketing calls/SMS coming to mobile phones. Subscribers who want to
avoid unwanted telemarketing calls can call 1909 or send SMS to 
&#8216;Start
DND&#8217; to 1909.
The facility comes free to customers, Public Relations Officer, Office of
Principal General Manager Telecom, BSNL Kozhikode said in a release on
Friday.
