in terms of accessibility what I found is second one is more accessible as
compared to the first one.
Although both the variant are accessible since both has inbuilt screen
reader called voice view.

Yes, you can activate the same by holding down menu and back button at the
same time for 2 seconds on Amazon fire TV stick remote.
