Hi listers, On Microsoft Word, I recently noticed that Jaws uis not reading menu options when the Virtual Ribbon option is turned. It just says upper ribbon, and if down arrow is pressed, then lower ribbon. Doesn't identify the option like file or insert or view, or the submenus in there. It just says 'Blank'. If I turn the Virtual Ribbon option off, then it is reading properly. Virtual ribbon makes things easier as one is used to the interface. What can I do to make it work? Jaws 2023, Windows 10 and latest Microsoft 365. Regards,
