I have jaws 18. I have installed neel voice but at the page of create
new profile page neel voice comes but when I change it by pressing
insert ctrl S then it doesn't work. it gives safi voice. Plese suggest
for correction.

After the reinstallation of neel just quit the jaws and start again after
that press insert+ctrl+s and see it helps
