Anirudh,

It may take more time for you to understand the stuff and slightly
longer to find a suitable opportunity but it is definitely doable.
Post the completion of your course, you may not be able to streight
away start with a big company i.e. Accenture/ MS/ Google but once you
have some experience, it would hold greater value than a so-called
maths/ statistics degree.

Thanks,
Ajay

I have heard and read from sources that people have done data science even
though they are from the humanities.
I have read the advertisements of the courses where they accept students
from any combination to data science including humanities.
However, I am afraid to take those courses because of the

[AI] inputs required on data science as a career option for the blind

2023-07-06 Thread anirudh rao
dear friends out there,

a general research on the internet confirms that one can be a data
scientist being blind.

I am a person with a general interest in reading, research, interpreting
and analyzing data.

I have a post-graduation in English and a moderate knowledge of coding too.

Although I have a strong desire to explore the field of data science, I do
not have a Masters Certification in computers or data related fields.

Can I perceive data science being from humanities and being blind in India?

If so, please provide any resources and contact that you think could be
helpful for me in this journey.
