my point is that when we mention our disability in application form, why
it is not written in the l i c bond paper which we preserve for years till
maturity.
obviously, we don't do our l i c policy by ourselves. It is done by some
agent

form whether the applicant has any disability. as a result the company
charges extra premium
a VIP has to undergo medical checkup even if the amount ensured is
less than five lacs while persons withouth disability are
always go for my proper medical examination and submit report by an
opthomologist with application for LIC.

Dont you all think that if a visually impaired person will own a l i c policy,
it should be written on the policy bond statement that the policy holder is
visually impaired.
I presume it will create more confidence and trust among company and policy
holder.
