hello access Indians,
as mentioned in the subject line, I am in need of some leads for convincing
the interviewers for the post of HR. I am a student of industrial psychology
and lately my college's placement cell has started the placements. the major
concern of interviewers is weather I will be able to handle and update the
internal software's of the company. it will be really nice if someone
holding the post of HR could give some guidance on the softwares used for
various HR related activities. also, are the maximum softwares used
accessible?
any guidance on the same will be really really helpful for my training in
the usability of the major softwares. request a reply from HRs for the same.
