Hi, Is KIBO scanner freeware, a once-off paid product or a subscription service? I will never take subscription service software - I find those a severe nuicense on one's financial life. Fortunately we are still living in a world that has not *yet* migrated only to subscription-based software.

KIBO is a good option, it transalates from most Indian languages into English. The quality of OCR is very good and scanning is quite easy. I am scanning many books, both in Kannada and English. Since the scanner is in the position of a table lamp, the book can be positioned normally , scanning
