hi, your first problem is relates with profile settings .
make sure that you have set the ringingtype ringing, ringing volume
whatever you like, and finally, make sure that profile you are
edeting, should be activated by the option available activate

I have doubts with regard to C5.
when someone calls me, my mobile is not ringing. it will read out the
name of the caller once and keeps quiet. after saying the caller
configuration, by hitting talks key plus star and go to it's option, and in
the view menu, uncheck magnification.

caller name feature insted.
