hi all i use dell c640 laptop video card (mobility radiant7500) with all drivers properly installed also fsvideo intersept installed when my laptop is on battery power (not charging) and i press capslog+shift+b whare in capslok is the incert key for me jaws says battery status not found but when i press the same key stroke when charging it reads properly why is it not reading properly on battery power jaws version 11.0.1461
