This August, we are back with an opportunity which will be an exciting and thrilling experience for all you out there. Continuing with our yearly adventurous outdoor activity, this time also we bring to you an opportunity to have a time of yours with nature along with your friends. Yes, that’s our plan for this August too. Like always, our plan is to give you a thrilling trekking experience. here are the details of the One Day Trek: Date: Tuesday, 15th August, 2017. Trek Location: Ajoba (near Shahpur on Nashik highway) Boarding / drop destination: Asangaon Station. Reporting Time:7 A.M near the ticket counter. Participants can board the train to Asangoan station from CST station at 5 A.M, from Dadar station at 5-18 A.M, and from Thane station at 5-55 A.M. the train will reach Asangoan at 7 A.M. About the trek location: The Ajoba or Ajaparvat (Grandfather Mountain). is near Shahpur on Nashik highway. Known to be one of the highest peaks in its range and toughest treks in Maharashtra. Ajoba and its surroundings are very picturesque. Ajoba is famous for the Valmiki rishi ashram where goddess sita was said to be staying after being separated from lord rama. Please note the following: 1. Participants will be required to buy their return train tickets from their respective boarding point to Asangaon Station. 2. A nominal amount of RS 150 for our visually impaired friends and RS 300 for our sighted escorts will Zbe payable. 3. The cost will only include your pick up and drop to and from Asangaon Station and no other elements will be included. 4. Participants may bring along escorts. For those coming alone, escorts will be provided while trekking. 5. Each trekker is required to carry drinking water, packed lunch (should be dry as far as possible). 6. Make sure to be dressed appropriately (wear sports / trekking shoes, carry umbrella / raincoat as required) to enjoy this experience. Further details will be communicated to registered participants shortly. Registration is mandatory if you wish to join us for this beautiful and exciting trek.
