Hi Shirin, I too faced similar problem almost three months back. I just opened the dropbox on the web and updated the version and the problem got resolved. Hence, you may also try to update your drop box to the latest version and hopefully your problem may get resolved. Kind regards, Prof.

hi, this is a compressed win-rar folder. from what i know this works the same way you've mentioned. by right-clicking on it and generating a download link. it did work for me before. just don't know what's wrong since the past couple of days. anyway i'm trying to re-install to see if the problem
