Braille section of Delhi Public Library is located in Blind Relief association. In addition you also could become member of braille library of NIEPVD (earlier NIVH) Dehradun. They are regular in sending braille books by post. If you have some funds, get hold of Refreshable Braille Display like Orbit or BrailleMe and with that the Kindle, Bookshare and Sugamya Pustakalaya would become your braille libraries and braille book shops.
