Temperature, I think it should display. You may not get a talking
induction but you can import smart inductions which can be controled
through a mobile app. I don't know about their availability in india
yet but couple of my friends in US use smart inductions.

Most of them are either touch screen or the buttons are not raised. It
then becomes difficult for a blind person to identify and press
correct button.
