After a long time, I again had to get something from netlib[1]. Maybe
someone finds the following useful:
The e-mail address
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
can still be found on some pages, but it does not seem to work any
longer. On the other hand,
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
(and some variations thereof)
