Re: Looking for any method to search google via email
Hi Peter, last time I tried to use Google by Accmail methods was in June 2009. At that time it was sufficient to send an e-mail to www4m...@szs.net with arbitrary subject, and get http://www.google.com/search?q=keyword in the body. In case you want to search for more than one keyword, separate them with + as in, e.g., the actual query at the time, get http://www.google.com/search?q=freshmeat+bible+study ; and in case you want to use any special characters (basically: non-English ones), you will probably need to do some escaping. Generally I found the www4mail installation at SZS.NET *very* useful and well maintained, but I haven't been using it much these last few months, and unfortunately there have been restrictions on whole domains due to abuse of this service. Dear Juan & other, I've gotten the new syntax and here it is: http://www.google.com/search?hl=C&q=K1%2BK2%2B variables: C = country code, just use "us" without quote K1, K2,...Kn = Keyword1, Keyword2, so on Hope it helps. Thank you so much. Just got the www4mail manual & sent to www4mail with "help google" in the body for google manual. Tried those syntax but it seems google doesn't works that way anymore. So I'm gonna learn google's syntax on the browser. Thank you so much for the reply, really appreciate. Have a great weekend, Juan.
