It looks to me like the authz tag does not work properly inside a
Sitemesh decorator, but works correctly if used inside an actual
decorated jsp. I suspect that there are some problems with the
ContextHolder ThreadLocal instance and the Sitemesh decorator not
playing well together, but I wanted to see if this is a known issue or
if there is a workaround. I have searched the archive but I couldn't
find anything useful so my apologies if I have missed something. If
anyone has suggestions, let me know. In the meantime I will take a lok
at Sitemesh internals to see if I can narrow things down.
