I'm reposting here to confirm that in a different thread I identified the
DTN draft which modifies the IANA registry [1] as a necessary companion to
the ACME document. The DTN document purely updates the IANA registry and
has no other substantial content.

as one of the two designated expert for that registry, it is us, the designated
experts, to decide a new structure of the registry
