I can confirm this bug also exists on an ASUS P4S533 board, with kernel
2.6.27.9. I've reverted the rtc code to 2.6.26.6 and all is working fine. Using

I can also confirm the bug with an ASUS M2A-VM HDMI.
But if HPET-Support is disabled in BIOS, wakeup seems
to work as expected.
