It seems that the BAR is changed when ACPI is enabled.
In fact the ACPI is enabled by writing some predefined value into SMI command
port, which then triggers the SMI.

that is right fix.
looks like you like to put the cover back to hide the bug.
need to root cause why some BARs are cleared when ACPI subsystem is enabled.
