For BIOS. It's done, even the backlight of keyboard which is disabled.
For wakeup, I do it. In fact, now i run this script at boot:

Bug still here with the 3.10.1 stable (unpatched) kernel. Same symptoms:
battery goes from 100% to 98.3 % in about two hours after completed shutdown
doing hwclock --systohc before halt.
