Long time I didn't use my Zaurus. Sorry for delying.
I tested Zaurus SL-750 suspend with kernel 2.6.26.
Suspend while changing works.

I work on ubuntu 8.04 with a P5GDC-V motherboard.
In my case, adding "/sbin/rmmod snd_hda_intel" in /etc/default/halt without ""
works.
Now, my computer shutdown correctly !
