Cool! it works. Just with echo mem > /sys/power/state.
Memtest do not show any error.
Just to confirm your suggestion. I checked, what happens with Windows 7. EHCI
uses MS

That did the trick. Disabling USB0 alone (no need for disabling the others)
makes suspend work again.
