It doesn't display the correct frequency when in Turbo mode either, which is a
normal supported Intel feature.

Sorry for delay, recompiling the kernel on a netbook took a while. The default
.config for ubuntu has "# CONFIG_ACPI_DEBUG is not set" so I had to recompile
