fedora 29 requires noapic only for installation,after wich it boots without any
parameters and no acpi errors,suspend-resume and cpu powersave work flawlesly.

Hmm, maybe a different configuration of the kernel or a different version? Not
sure what kernel Fedora uses.
BTW the latest 1.05 BIOS update on my Lenovo A485 fixes the underlying BIO
