bios 1.13 solve the ioapic failure for acer-aspire a315-41g, however it force
enables advanced touchpad functionality by default.

on kernel 5.01 with bios v 1.13 everything works out of the box even touchpad
and suspend!!! it is time to close this nusty bug once and for all!!!
