It seams, that it only happens, when /proc/acpi/events is activated. But I have
to have it running, as the asus-laptop/asus-acpi module generates acpi events
for the multimedia

Thanks for the work. As you point in comment #9, the bug is caused by
broken BIOS.
Will you please try the patch in comment #12 and see whether the oops
